Very happy with my purchase. I was worried about not having enough links but I started with 3 fewer. So yes it makes a little noise but that's normal. I did my session in front of the TV, 30 minutes goes by very quickly, there is a chance that I will increase quickly. I go to the gym 3 times a week, I bought it to target the stomach and get rid of this resistant buoy. The product appears to be of good quality, the plastic is thick and appears resistant.

Let me first say that I was skeptical. I've bought so many weight loss products lately, and spent so much money (without the promised results) that I really didn't have much faith in FitnessHoops. I started using it 30 minutes every evening starting September 1, 2023. On September 21, 2023, I had to remove my first link! I couldn't use the hoop on that 20th day without it slipping! I haven't missed a day since I started and I'm going to "keep pushing on!" I set Alexa for a 30 minute timer, turn on my favorite shows and start hula hooping! If you are diligent about using this, it WILL work! I absolutely love this! The best thing since the invention of sliced bread!
